A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the outer package and damaged product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for you immediately.
Q: Do you offer 7-day hassle-free returns?

Q: How long does global shipping take?
A: We offer global DDP door-to-door shipping (duty included). Mainland China: 1-3 business days; Europe & North America: 5-12 business days; Other regions: 7-18 business days.
