1. Shipping Methods & Regions
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping to most countries worldwide. This means all shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance costs are included in your order total — no extra charges for you!
- Europe & North America: 5–12 business days
- Middle East: 7–14 business days
- Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days
- Other regions: 10–18 business days
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
3. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order at any time via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or on our website’s Order Tracking page.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team at support@yeazeya.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Address Changes
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping details.
